Abstract

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published a notice in the Federal Register of July 17, 2024, in which Commerce implemented a certification regime. This notice did not correctly state the grace period for parties to certify wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof (wooden cabinets) shipped prior to the publication of the Federal Register Notice.
