SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petition On June 20, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received an antidumping duty (AD) petition concerning imports of certain low speed personal transportation vehicles (LSPTVs) from the People's Republic of China (China) filed in proper form on behalf of the American Personal Transportation Vehicle Manufacturers Coalition (the petitioner). [ 1 ] The AD Petition was accompanied by a countervailing duty (CVD) petition concerning imports of LSPTVs from China. [ 2 ] Between June 24 and July 8, 2024, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petition in supplemental questionnaires. [ 3 ] The petitioner responded to Commerce's supplemental questionnaires between June 28 and July 9, 2024.
