SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On January 8, 2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register the preliminary results of the 2021-2022 administrative review  [ 1 ] of the antidumping duty order on CWP from the United Arab Emirates (UAE). [ 2 ] The review covers seven companies, including two mandatory respondents, Conares Metal Supply Limited (Conares) and Universal Tube and Plastic Industries, Ltd./THL Tube and Pipe Industries LLC/KHK Scaffolding and Formwork LLC (collectively, Universal), for individual examination.
