The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that raw honey from Brazil was sold in the United States at below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) November 23, 2021, through May 31, 2023. We are also rescinding the review with respect to certain companies that had no entries of the subject merchandise during the POR. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On August 3, 2023, Commerce initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on raw honey from Brazil, in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). [ 1 ] This review covers 23 companies. [ 2 ] On August 29, 2023, Commerce selected Apis Nativa Agroindustrial Exportadora Ltda. (Apis Nativa) and Melbras Importadora E Exportadora Agroindustrial Ltda. (Melbras) for individual examination as mandatory respondents.
