This document provides notice that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued a final determination concerning the country of origin of the Trimble GNSS R12i Receiver. Based upon the facts presented, CBP has concluded that the GNSS R12i Receiver is a product of the United States for purposes of U.S. Government procurement and does not undergo a substantial transformation during its final assembly in Thailand.
