SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain producers/exporters of narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge (ribbons) from the People's Republic of China (China) received countervailable subsidies during the period of review (POR) January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022. In addition, Commerce is rescinding this review, in part, with respect to 136 companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. DATES: Applicable June 10, 2024.
