SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On May 7, 2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register its preliminary affirmative determination in the LTFV investigation of aluminum extrusions from Türkiye. [ 1 ] On May 7 and 9, 2024, respectively, mandatory respondents, Erdoganlar Aluminyum San. ve Tic. A.S. (Erdoganlar) and Sistem Aluminyum Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (Sistem) timely alleged that Commerce made significant ministerial errors in calculating their estimated weighted-average dumping margins.
