SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On May 2, 2019, Commerce published the Order on LDWP from Korea. [ 1 ] On February 1, 2024, Commerce published the notice of initiation of the first sunset review of the Order, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.218(c) . [ 2 ] On February 16, 2024, Commerce received a timely notice of intent to participate from the domestic interested party in the underlying investigation, American Line Pipe Producers Association Trade Committee, within the 15-day deadline specified in 19 CFR 351.218(d)(1)(i) .
