SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:   The Petitions On April 24, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received countervailing duty (CVD) petitions concerning imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules (solar cells), from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam filed in proper form on behalf of The American Alliance for Solar Manufacturing Trade Committee (the petitioner or Committee).
