SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:   The Petitions On April 24, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received countervailing duty (CVD) petitions concerning imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules (solar cells), from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam filed in proper form on behalf of The American Alliance for Solar Manufacturing Trade Committee (the petitioner or Committee). [ 1 ] On May 9, 2024, the petitioner filed an amendment to the Petitions, clarifying the identity of the members of the Committee. [ 2 ] The CVD petitions were accompanied by antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of solar cells from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand
