SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petition On April 19, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received an antidumping duty (AD) petition concerning imports of ceramic tile from India, filed in proper form on ( printed page 42837) behalf of the Coalition for Fair Trade in Ceramic Tile (the petitioner). [ 1 ] The Petition was accompanied by a countervailing duty (CVD) petition concerning imports of ceramic tile from India. [ 2 ] Between April 23 and May 6, 2024, Commerce requested information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petition in supplemental questionnaires. [ 3 ] The petitioner responded to Commerce's supplemental questionnaires between April 26 and May 7, 2024.
