[ 1 ] The review covers five companies, including two mandatory respondents, Deacero S.A.P.I. de C.V. (Deacero), and I.N.G.E.T.E.K.N.O.S. Estructurales, S.A. de C.V. (Ingetek) (collectively, Deacero Group), and Acerero S.A. de C.V. (Acerero). From January 5 to 10, 2024, interested parties submitted case and rebuttal briefs.
