SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On March 28, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received countervailing duty (CVD) petitions concerning imports of ferrosilicon from Brazil, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, and Russia filed in proper form on behalf of CC Metals and Alloys, LLC and Ferroglobe USA, Inc. (the petitioners). [ 1 ] The CVD petitions were accompanied by antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of ferrosilicon from Brazil, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, and Russia. [ 2 ] Between April 1 and 2, 2024, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petitions.
