SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On March 28, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of ferrosilicon from Brazil, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, and Russia filed in proper form on behalf of CC Metals and Alloys, LLC and Ferroglobe USA, Inc. (the petitioners). [ 1 ] These AD Petitions were accompanied by countervailing duty (CVD) petitions concerning imports of ferrosilicon from Brazil, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, and Russia. [ 2 ] On April 1, 2024, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petitions in supplemental questionnaires. [ 3 ] The petitioners responded to Commerce's supplemental questionnaires on April 3 and 4, 2024.
