Certain Uncoated Paper From Portugal: Preliminary Results of the Administrative Review of the Antidumping Duty Order; 2022-2023

Abstract

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that the sole producer or exporter subject to this administrative review made sales of certain uncoated paper (uncoated paper) from Portugal at below normal value during the period of review (POR) March 1, 2022, through February 28, 2023. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On May 9, 2023, Commerce initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on uncoated paper from Portugal, [ 1 ] in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). [ 2 ] This review covers one producer/exporter of subject merchandise, The Navigator Company, S.A. (Navigator). On November 3, 2023, Commerce extended the time limit for completing the preliminary results of this review until March 29, 2024.
