SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that granular polytetrafluoroethylene resin (granular PTFE) from India was sold in the United States at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) September 2, 2021, through February 28, 2023. [ 1 ] On March 2, 2023, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order. [ 2 ] On May 9, 2023, based on a timely request for review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , Commerce initiated an administrative review of the Order, covering one producer/exporter, Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited (GFCL).
