SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that stainless steel sheet and strip in coils (SSSSC) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) were sold in the United States at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) is July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding this administrative review, in part, with respect to certain companies that had no entries of subject merchandise during the POR.
