SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On February 14, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of melamine from Germany, India, Japan, the Netherlands, Qatar, and Trinidad and Tobago filed in proper form on behalf of Cornerstone Chemical Company (the petitioner). [ 1 ] These AD Petitions were accompanied by countervailing duty (CVD) petitions concerning imports of melamine from Germany, India, Qatar, and Trinidad and Tobago. [ 2 ] Between February 16 and 28, 2024, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petitions in separate supplemental questionnaires.
