SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On February 14, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received countervailing duty (CVD) petitions concerning imports of melamine from Germany, India, Qatar, and Trinidad and Tobago filed in proper form on behalf of Cornerstone Chemical Company (the petitioner). [ 1 ] The CVD petitions were accompanied by antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of melamine from Germany, India, Japan, the Netherlands, Qatar, and Trinidad and Tobago. [ 2 ] Between February 16 and 20, 2024, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petitions.
