SUMMARY: The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is changing the heading of the Darfur Sanctions Regulations to the Sudan Stabilization Sanctions Regulations and amending the renamed regulations to implement a May 4, 2023 Sudan-related Executive Order. This rule also updates or adds new definitions, general licenses, and interpretative guidance, among other regulatory provisions. DATES: This rule is effective March 5, 2024.
