Abstract

The Office of Justice Programs ("OJP"), a bureau of the Department of Justice, Office for Victims of Crime ("OVC") proposes adding a subpart to its regulations to replace the existing Victims of Crime Act ("VOCA") Victim Compensation Program Guidelines ("Guidelines"), and update and codify program requirements for the VOCA Victim Compensation Formula Grant Program ("Victim Compensation Program").
