Written initial public comments must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on May 29, 2024. Written reply public comments must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on June 28, 2024. Reply submissions of the currently designated mechanical licensing collective and digital licensee coordinator must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on July 29, 2024.
