SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that tin mill products from the Republic of Korea (Korea) are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV) for the period of investigation (POI) January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022. [ 1 ] We invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Determination. [ 2 ] No interested party submitted comments. Consequently, no decision memorandum accompanies this notice.
