SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 7, 2023, Commerce published the Preliminary Results covering one producer/exporter, Dalmine S.p.A. (Dalmine) and invited interested parties to comment. [ 1 ] On September 28, 2023, Commerce extended the time period for issuing the final results of this review until January 3, 2024.
