SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On November 17, 2016, Commerce published in the Federal Register the antidumping order on WSPP from India. [ 1 ] On November 1, 2022, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order.
