SUMMARY: The United States Postal Service® (USPS) is proposing to modify three General Privacy Act Systems of Records (SOR) to support the development and implementation of a voluntary mentorship program and related applications to assist participating employees in achieving their individual personal and professional goals. DATES: These revisions will become effective without further notice on January 2, 2024, unless responses to comments received on or before that date result in a contrary determination.
