SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain quartz surface products (quartz surface products) from India. We determine that Pokarna Engineered Stone Limited (PESL) and Marudhar Rocks International Pvt. Ltd./Marudhar Quartz Surface Private Limited (collectively, Marudhar Rocks) did not make sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) June 1, 2021, through May 31, 2022.
