SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that carbon and alloy steel threaded rod (steel threaded rod) from India was sold in the United States at below normal value during the period of review (POR), April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2022. Commerce also determines that one mandatory respondent did not make sales of subject merchandise at below normal value during the POR. DATES: Applicable November 2, 2023. [ 3 ] On August 17, 2023, Commerce extended the deadline for the final results of this review until October 31, 2023.
