SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On October 4, 2023, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received countervailing duty (CVD) petitions concerning imports of aluminum extrusions from China, Indonesia, Mexico, and Turkey filed in proper form on behalf of the U.S. Aluminum Extruders Coalition  [ 1 ] and the United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union (USW) (collectively, the petitioners).
