Persons currently manufacturing, distributing, importing, or exporting halides of 4-anilinopiperidine or a chemical mixture containing halides of 4-anilinopiperidine, if they are not already registered to handle list I chemicals, must apply on or before November 30, 2023, to continue their business pending final action by DEA on their application.
