SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On September 28, 2023, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of aluminum lithographic printing plates (printing plates) from China and Japan filed in proper form on behalf of Eastman Kodak Company (the petitioner). [ 1 ] These AD petitions were accompanied by a countervailing duty (CVD) petition concerning imports of printing plates from China. [ 2 ] On October 2, 3, and 12, 2023, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petitions. [ 3 ] On October 5, 6, and 13, 2023, the petitioner filed timely responses to these requests for additional information.
