This meeting is open to the public. DATES: The meeting will take place in-person and virtually on the following two days: Tuesday, October 24, 2023, from 1:30 p.m. to approximately 5:00 p.m. (MDT), and Wednesday, October 25, 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (MDT).
