Department of Energy Federal Energy Regulatory Commission [Docket No. CP23-528-000] Take notice that on August 10, 2023, Midwestern Gas Transmission Company (Midwestern), 100 West Fifth Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74105, filed in the above referenced docket, a prior notice request pursuant to sections 157.205, 157.208, and 157.210 of the Commission's regulations under the Natural Gas Act (NGA), and Midwestern's blanket certificate issued in Docket No. CP82-414-000, for authorization to increase southbound transportation capability along Midwestern's existing mainline by adding pressure control at two existing mainline valve sites and modifying Midwestern's existing Hartford Compressor Station to allow for bi-directional flow. All of the above facilities are located in Edgar and Vermilion Counties, Illinois, and Ohio County, Kentucky (MGT Southbound Project). The project will allow Midwestern to add an incremental expansion capacity of 158,000 dekatherms per day of firm transportation service on Midwestern's mainline. The estimated cost for the project is $6,400,000, all as more fully set forth in the request which is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection.
