DATES: DOE will hold a public meeting via webinar on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, from 1:30 p.m. ET to 3:00 p.m. ET. Requests to speak during the meeting must be submitted via the registration page no later than Tuesday, August 22, 2023. DOE will accept comments, data, and information regarding the NOPR no later than Monday, October 2, 2023.
