Abstract

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Norma (India) Ltd. (Norma) and R.N. Gupta & Co. Ltd. (RNG) received countervailable subsidies during the period of review (POR), January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On August 24, 2017, Commerce published in the Federal Register the countervailing duty order on finished carbon steel flanges from India. [ 1 ] On August 2, 2022, Commerce published a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order . [ 2 ] On August 31, 2022, Weldbend Corporation and Boltex Manufacturing Co., L.P. (collectively, the petitioners), requested a review of 41 producers and/or exporters of subject merchandise.
