SUMMARY: The Secretary of the Treasury is issuing an interim final rule to implement the amendments made by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 with respect to the Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund and the Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund established under the American Rescue Plan Act. DATES: Effective date: The provisions in this interim final rule are effective September 20, 2023. Comment date: Comments must be received on or before November 20, 2023.
