DATES: Approval of Rate Schedule P-13B on an interim basis is effective July 15, 2023. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Rate Order No. SWPA-80 is approved and placed into effect on an interim basis for the period July 15, 2023, through September 30, 2023, for the following rate schedule: Rate Schedule P-13B, Wholesale Rates for Hydro Peaking Power , which supersedes the existing Rate Schedule P-13A, Wholesale Rates for Hydro Peaking Power. Southwestern's Administrator determined that a change to the Peaking Energy Schedule Submission Time was needed to provide Southwestern with more flexibility and greater certainty when making replacement power purchases, and better align Southwestern with regional organized energy market considerations.
