Abstract

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) proposes to amend its regulations relating to notification of a claims decision in accordance with section 807 of the Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring Our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxins Act of 2022 (PACT Act), specifically to permit electronic decision notification between claimants or beneficiaries and VA.
