To ensure that all emissions of hazardous air pollutants (HAP) from sources in the source category are regulated, the EPA is proposing emission standards for mercury. In addition, the EPA is proposing to revise the existing emission standards for hydrogen chloride and hydrogen fluoride. DATES: Comments. Comments must be received on or before June 29, 2023.
