SUMMARY: In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission or FCC) adopts several rule updates to otherwise outdated rules for low power television and TV translator stations following the July 13, 2021, transition from analog to digital operations. These changes are designed to ensure the Commission's rules clearly reflect its requirements, and are understandable to all stakeholders. DATES: Effective June 12, 2023, except for the amendments in instruction 3 (§ 74.703), instruction 7 (§ 74.734), instruction 8 (§ 74.735), instruction 11 (§ 74.751), instruction 13 (§ 74.763), and instruction 15 (§ 74.784) which are delayed indefinitely. The Commission will publish a separate document in the Federal Register announcing the effective date of these amendments.
