SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On June 9, 2022, Commerce published a notice of initiation of an administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on phosphate fertilizers from Russia. [ 1 ] On November 30, 2022, Commerce extended the deadline for the preliminary results of this review until April 28, 2023.
