SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that carbon and alloy steel threaded rod (steel threaded rod) from India was sold in the United States at below normal value. The period of review (POR) is April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2022. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. DATES: Applicable May 4, 2023. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On April 9, 2020, Commerce published in the Federal Register an antidumping duty order on steel threaded rod from India. [ 1 ] On April 1, 2022, we published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order.
