SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On December 1, 2022, Commerce published the notice of initiation of the sunset review of the AD orders on biodiesel from Argentina and Indonesia, [ 1 ] pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act).
