SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On February 8, 2023, Commerce published the final results of the 2020-2021 administrative review of nails from Malaysia. [ 1 ] On February 8, 2023, Commerce received a timely filed allegation from Mid Continent Steel & Wire, Inc. (the petitioner) with regard to the calculation of the final dumping margin for respondent Region International Co., Ltd. and Region System Sdn. Bhd (collectively, Region).
