SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On August 24, 2017, Commerce published in the Federal Register the antidumping duty (AD) order on finished carbon steel flanges from India. [ 1 ] On September 8, 2022, Commerce published the Preliminary Results of this administrative review in the Federal Register . [ 2 ] We invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Results. [ 3 ] Between October 11 and 18, 2022, interested parties submitted case and rebuttal briefs. [ 4 ] On December 21, 2022, we extended the deadline for these final results until March 7, 2022. [ 5 ] This administrative review covers 41 producers and/or exporters of the subject merchandise.
