The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain exporters/producers of truck and bus tires from the People's Republic of China (China) received countervailable subsidies during the period of review (POR) from January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021. In addition, we are rescinding the review with respect to 12 companies and announcing our preliminary intent to rescind this review with respect to three other companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
