Notice of Intent to Apply: Applicants are strongly encouraged but not required to submit a notice of intent to apply by December 5, 2022. Applicants who do not meet this deadline may still apply. Deadline for Transmittal of Applications: January 3, 2023. Deadline for Intergovernmental Review: March 4, 2023. Pre-Application Webinar Information: The Department will hold a pre-application meeting via webinar to provide technical assistance to prospective applicants.
