SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is initiating, and issuing preliminary results for, a changed circumstances review (CCR) of the antidumping duty (AD) order on floor-standing, metal-top ironing tables and certain parts thereof from the People's Republic of China (China) based upon a request from Home Products International (the petitioner). We preliminarily determine that the AD order on floor-standing, metal-top ironing tables and certain parts thereof from China should be revoked, in its entirety.
