SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 13, 2015, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) published the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain steel nails (nails) from Taiwan. [ 1 ] On July 1, 2021, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order . [ 2 ] On July 30, 2021, Encore Green Co., Ltd. and Liang Kai Co. requested an administrative review.
