Abstract

On May 18, 2022, the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Labor jointly published a temporary rule titled "Exercise of Time-Limited Authority to Increase the Numerical Limitation for Second Half of FY 2022 for the H-2B Temporary Nonagricultural Worker Program and Portability Flexibility for H-2B Workers Seeking to Change Employers." This is the second correction. The first correction was published in the Federal Register on May 23, 2022. The Addresses section contained an incorrect regulatory information numbers (RIN). This document corrects the RIN.
