Coated Paper Suitable for High-Quality Print Graphics Using Sheet-Fed Presses From Indonesia and the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the Second Expedited Sunset Reviews of the Antidumping Duty Orders

Abstract

As a result of these second expedited sunset reviews, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revoking the antidumping duty (AD) orders on coated paper suitable for high-quality print graphics using sheet-fed presses (certain coated paper) from Indonesia and the People's Republic of China (China) would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Second Sunset Reviews" section of this notice.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background The first and previous sunset reviews of the Orders   [ 1 ] were initiated on October 1, 2015. [ 2 ] In the final results of the first expedited review, Commerce determined that revocation of the Orders would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping.
